Five Points Kitchen & Dining Remodel
A closed-off galley kitchen in a Victorian was strangling a young family’s daily life. We opened the wall to the dining room, relocated the structural beam, and delivered a bright, modern kitchen.

The build
The challenge
Load-bearing wall removal above a basement stair while keeping the period feel of a 1919 home.
The solution
Engineered a flush LVL beam, opened the plan, and matched the existing trim and heart-pine character with modern materials.
The outcome
Finished in 9 weeks with a clean walkthrough on the first pass — a single item on the punch list.
