18 years ago we saw homeowners get burned by low bids, ghosted subcontractors, and surprise change orders. We built the company we wished they could hire.

Cornerstone Build Co. is a licensed general contractor based in Denver, serving the Front Range. We're a crew of forty-two — carpenters, a dedicated superintendent, and an office that actually calls you back.
We take on four kinds of work — new construction, additions, remodeling, and commercial buildouts — and we do them one job at a time. Every project gets one contract, one schedule, and one accountable team.
